Ms. Adam, 62, is an experienced Certified Public Accountant with an MBA and a CPA (T). She is a retired Deputy Director of Finance for the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) where she served for eight years.

She is also an active member in various governing boards, committees and professional associations.
