Prof. Lotto, 41, is a Director of Research, Publications and Consultancy at the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), and a Senior Lecturer in Finance and Corporate Governance. He holds an MSc in Finance, as well as MBA and PhD in Finance and is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Prof. Lotto sits on the Board of Directors of Petroleum Upstream Regulatory Authority (PURA) and has served as Examinations Advisor for the National Board of Auditors and Accountants (NBAA) for the last 5 years since 2012
